Your concierge will apply their years of award flight expertise to find and send you up to three itineraries to choose from.
Pointer: Itinerary research is time-intensive, and changes often mean starting over. The non-refundable fee allows for two minor changes.
Book flights

Your concierge will by your guide through points transfers, loyalty account creation, and can even book your flights at no extra charge — or you can book yourself!
Pointer: Award seats go quickly, so select your itinerary within 24 hours at the latest, and fill
out our Secure Passenger Information Form.

Additional fees may apply for complex, mulit-city itineraries, re-bookings, cancellations, etc.
- Points-ready passengers have at least 50,000 points per passenger for a one-way journey
- Flexible planners have general trip details, like approximate dates and trip duration (e.g., any week in January 2025).
- Positioning pros are willing to depart from a larger airport hub to access better availability
Limited or single-airline points users: If your rewards are exclusively tied to a single airline program (e.g., only SkyMiles instead of flexible points like Chase Ultimate Rewards), your booking flexibility might be restricted.

Nope! We handle everything from large groups traveling in economy class to individuals seeking first-class experiences. Just let us know which class(es) you're interested in, and we'll find the best available options.
The answer is: It depends. Some airlines release reward flight inventory up to a year in advance of departure, while other airlines wait until a few days before departure.
We advise our clients to start booking 11-12 months out, but can often accommodate a variety of timelines!
Our team leverages years of experience and in-depth knowledge of award travel to find the best available options. We don't have access to exclusive deals or get kickbacks from airlines for the flights we recommend. We simply know where to look and how to apply tips, tricks, and strategies to maximize the value of your miles and points.
If your plans change before we start researching, please let us know promptly, and we can cancel your request at no charge.
After you pay the research fee, your concierge will get to work finding your flights, which is time intensive. For this reason, the research fee cannot be refunded once paid. We recommend double-checking your travel dates and preferences before submitting a request to ensure the best possible service.
