Adam Morvitz

Adam Morvitz is the founder and CEO of point.me, the leading award travel search platform powering the future of points. A travel and fintech entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in the loyalty space, Adam built point.me into the first metasearch platform purpose-built for points and miles, bringing transparency, efficiency, and intelligence to loyalty redemption for consumers and enterprise partners alike.

point.me operates at the center of a $169B+ loyalty and rewards market, working as both B2B infrastructure for airline, hotel, and financial-institution partners and a direct-to-consumer marketplace for millions of travelers redeeming their own points and miles.

point.me has been named to Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies list, the Inc. 5000 and a number of other industry and entrepreneur awards. The platform exclusively powers loyalty experiences for partners including American Express.

Prior to launching point.me, Adam founded the renowned Juicy Miles, the first white-glove concierge service of its kind, booking outsized-value flight redemptions for clients using their own points and miles.

About Adam

Adam’s path to founding point.me started years before the company existed. After beginning his career in financial consulting with roles at Ernst & Young, Pfizer, Colgate-Palmolive, and NBCUniversal, Adam noticed that his frequently-traveling colleagues weren’t getting full value from the points and miles they were earning. While at Pfizer, he started Point Me to the Plane, a company newsletter to help employees make the most of their rewards; it later grew into one of the first points-and-miles blogs, publishing as part of the Boarding Area network.

In 2011, in response to constant questions from colleagues and readers, Adam founded Juicy Miles, the category's first white-glove concierge service of its kind for points and miles bookings. As Juicy Miles scaled to 60 agents, Adam recognized the limits of a services-only model and began building the technology to do it at scale. He left his corporate career prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, partnering with airlines to build an internal award-search tool for his team and launching an early version as a public beta that drew more than 6,000 sign-ups and interest from major airlines and card issuers. That response confirmed the need for a consumer-facing product. Adam got to work during the pandemic and moved back home, funded the build by emptying his checking, savings, and 401(k) accounts, and negotiated and struck deals with partners including American Express and Bilt from his childhood bedroom. In 2022, Adam hard-launched point.me during the travel industry's post-COVID 'revenge travel' boom.

Adam's vision

Today, point.me sees millions of annual searches and includes award search coverage from over 150+ cards and loyalty programs. Demand for that vision has drawn Adam to the stage at SXSW, where he's headlined sold-out panels in both 2025 and 2026 on the future of travel and loyalty. Adam’s vision is to build point.me into travelers’ complete ‘travel wealth engine,’ a single platform where every point, mile, and loyalty credential compounds into more trips, better seats, and greater buying power over a traveler’s lifetime.

Washington Post

“When you’re going to spend money anyway, you might as well get something back for it,” said Adam Morvitz, a credit card miles expert and CEO of point.me, a travel loyalty platform. “If you’re already buying groceries, paying for gas or booking a hotel, a travel rewards card turns that everyday spending into points that can fund your next trip.”

Forbes

"point.me’s role is not just showing that a flight exists. It is helping consumers understand the tradeoffs between paying cash, using portal points or transferring points into an airline loyalty program. That kind of transparency matters because points are both rational and emotional."

Wall Street Journal

"If you pay for a flight with miles, watch out for taxes and fees that must still be paid in cash. Those fees can include fuel surcharges, which could increase significantly in tandem with oil prices, said Adam Morvitz, chief executive of rewards-search company point.me."

New York Times

"A new website point.me, aims to help travelers see all of their redemption choices, according to the company founder, Adam Morvitz. Travelers can enter the dates and cities for their potential trip and the site will compare how many points they need from various airline and credit card programs, factoring in partnerships that allow points from one program to be transferred to another, like the New York to Paris scenario above."

Travel + Leisure

“Point.me members aren’t your average traveler,” said Adam Morvitz, point.me CEO. “They’re passionate about making the most of every trip, whether it’s accumulating points, booking award flights, or seeking travel experiences most people don’t know are possible. When they tell you Air France pours the best wine at 35,000 feet, you believe them.”

The secret to point.me’s success lies in its search engine; its proprietary database of loyalty program partnerships, points transfer ratios, redemption options and promotional deals; and its direct data access to major airlines’ bookable seating inventory systems. This combination enables the platform to provide comprehensive and highly accurate search results in near-real-time — a significant competitive advantage over other travel reward sites that simply scrape web data."

Samsung Next

"We invested in point.me because it is the only product on the market that achieves over 99% accuracy in results, thanks to its direct integration with airlines. This high level of precision has enabled point.me to become a trusted partner for major enterprises like American Express and Bilt Rewards, who rely on this accuracy to enhance customer engagement through co-branded award travel products. Point.me plans to widen its product appeal to democratize points use to the benefit of card issuers and consumers alike."
