We’ll confirm the service is a fit before charging anything.* **Estimated time: ~7 minutes** ### Expert award search *We charge a flat $200 fee per passenger and search across dozens of programs to find up to 3 itineraries — balanced for value, comfort, and convenience.* **Estimated time: 1–2 business days** ### Book with confidence *We send you step-by-step instructions to guide you through points transfers and bookings — or we can book for you directly, at no extra charge.* **Estimated time: ASAP after itinerary selection** ### $200 per passenger *Flat fee $200 per passenger includes: Research, points transfer and booking support, and expert advice on transfer partners, taxes, and comparison options.* *Small itinerary tweaks are included. Big changes may require a fresh search and new charge. * ##### **Be flexible and act fast. **Flexibility with your airports and travel dates gives our team more opportunities to find the best award deals. From finding availability to managing transfers, calculations, and timing, even a small misstep can cost you valuable points or leave you without a booking. Our concierge service simplifies this process, leveraging years of experience to guide you through each step. Whether you’re new to points and miles or just want to save time and avoid frustration, we ensure your hard-earned rewards are used efficiently and effectively. ### Do I need to be a Premium subscriber to utilize your booking service? No, you don’t need a subscription to work with the concierge team. However, Premium members save 10% on concierge bookings and receive a $100 credit toward their first booking. If you plan to use the service regularly, upgrading to Premium can lead to substantial savings. ### What happens if you can't find an itinerary for me? If we can meet some but not all of your criteria, or if we need additional details, we'll contact you to discuss options before proceeding. If we can't find an itinerary that matches your preferences, you won't pay a dime. ### Is the fee one way or roundtrip? The $200 per passenger covers roundtrip itinerary research and booking support. Additional charges may apply for passengers traveling to multiple destinations. We'll always be transparent and let you know if there will be additional charges once we've reviewed your trip request. ### Do concierges only book first class tickets? Nope! We handle everything from large groups traveling in economy class to individuals seeking first-class experiences. Just let us know which class(es) you're interested in, and we'll find the best available options. ### When should I start planning my trip? The answer is: It depends. Some airlines release reward flight inventory up to a year in advance of departure, while other airlines wait until a few days before departure. We advise our clients to start booking 11-12 months out, but can often accommodate a variety of timelines! ### Do concierges have access to special deals? Our team leverages years of experience and in-depth knowledge of award travel to find the best available options. We don't have access to exclusive deals or get kickbacks from airlines for the flights we recommend. We simply know where to look and how to apply tips, tricks, and strategies to maximize the value of your miles and points. ### Can I get a refund if my plans change? If your plans change before we start researching, please let us know promptly, and we can cancel your request at no charge. After you pay the research fee, your concierge will get to work finding your flights, which is time intensive. For this reason, the research fee cannot be refunded once paid. We recommend double-checking your travel dates and preferences before submitting a request to ensure the best possible service.
